  • Promotional materialmeans any communication relating to the Company or its services or directed to, or in any way related to, a call from a prospective customer or a transaction in an existing customer's trading account. Promotional materials include, but are not limited to, published written texts, training materials, advertisements, market analyses, research reports, correspondence with existing or potential customers, newsletters and generally anything written to assist in the recruitment process.

  • ABS informative and computer materialmeans any written communication as defined in section 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Promotional materialmeans all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video materials, including but not limited to magazine advertisements, visual sales aids, formula directories, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, Internet messages and websites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by any party or its affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of the Products.

  • Teaching materialmeans educational content provided to a public school student, regardless of format, including but not limited to printed or representational materials, audiovisual materials, and materials in electronic or digital format, such as materials available over the Internet; However, the course materials do not include academic tests or academic grades.

  • Computer materialspursuant to a no-action letter dated May 20, 1994, issued by the Commission's Corporate Finance Department to Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Acceptance Corporation I, Xxxxxxx, Peabody & Co.   • Input materialmeans all Documents or other materials, and all data or other information provided by the Customer in connection with the Said Service;

  • Source materialmeans material provided by one of the parties and used in the Research Project.

  • Marketing materialsmeans any materials or information provided by the Company to investors or with the approval of the Company in connection with the marketing of the Offer Shares, including any exhibitions or presentations to investors made by the Company to investors (in person or electronically). ; and "Permitted Section 5(d) Communications" means the Section 5(d) written communication(s) and marketing materials listed on Schedule C attached hereto.
